Click on Layer 1 on your Layer Palette to highlight it.
Make a new Rasta Layer.
Choose Airbrush.
Select 'solid' from the Styles box on the right.
Choose white, and spray a curve for a glass highlight.

Go to Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur.
Set the number to around 5ish.

Make a new Rasta Layer.

Make a stand.
This can be anything at all. I like using fancy texts for mine, or the preset shapes. Here I'll use two M's.

Use the Deform Tool to rotate and poition the 'foot'.
Click on the Mover Tool to remove the Deform box.
