Make a new Rasta Layer. (See step 2).

Click the 'Styles' arrow and select 'Pattern'.
Choose a design for your egg.
Flood Fill inside of the marching ants dots.
(yes it looks flat, don't worry.)

Go to your Layer Palette (4th icon from the right).
Click on Layer 2 and keep the mouse held down.
Drag below Layer 1.
